Great and lovely location easy to pickup at the nearest square. Reasonably large & compact room with a strong WiFi, a main sleeping area, and a high ceiling.

It is in the heart of the city.

Compact standard double room with the bed on a mezzanine platform, sweeping views of Tunis, modern bathrooms. Modern design of it.
Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The bed was very comfy and room individually decorated. Plentiful and delicious breakfasts with tunisian food, good coffee, breads & toasts, the facilities were excellent.

It had super central location close to Kasbah Square.

Got the same standard queen room where the bed was on the mezzanino booked online, really enjoyed that. The staff was good and kind. It was in a marvellous and fantastic location with Kasbah Square nearby❤😀😀

Extremely pleasant and beautifully decorated room with an own bathroom. Picturesque views over city. Best possible location to two very good restaurants housed in beautiful mansions of the Ottoman period--Dar Hamoud Pacha and very comfortable area.

Centrally located, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, beautiful rooftop view, attentive and kind staff, mix of authentic and modern design.
Nothing not to love.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in a double room with a strong WiFi, a sleeping area, and a high ceiling. A huge variety of options for breakfast including tea and breads. Marvellous and lovely position to the restaurant where another guy then lead us by candle, in the really comfortable area. Also, easy access to Kasbah Square.

The staff were excellent. always cheerful and extremely helpful. A credit to the dar! The room was spacious and always clean.
On return to our room on Monday there was a welcome basket of fruit and water. That was the only time such a gesture was made. We never met the owners which we thought strange. In most 'boutique' riads we have stayed the owners make an effort to introduce themselves. Breakfast was predictable ie. the same every day. Slice of cake ( which got smaller as the days went on) cucumber, tomatoes and processed cheese then a roll and pancake were brought out and last an egg which on only one day could one say it was a 3 minute egg. On the other days it took 10 minutes to receive what was supposed to be a 3 minute egg but was closer to 5! Very disappointing. There was noise every night as if someone was moving furniture around.

The breakfast was the best we had in Tunisia.
The rooms look out onto a central courtyard that can be noisy. Some staff did not speak English. The hotel lost our booking and had to move us to another hotel for the third night.

the hotel is unique and clean, nestled in a nice building with nice view of the old town. the room is compact and reasonably large, the staff are accommodating people with greater service from their staff.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of a bustling area of the city. We enjoyed exploring the government buildings and shopping in the nearby souks. The hotel is located on the main avenue, close to everything, with easy walking access to the main square and two beautiful restaurants. We found the rooms to be well-appointed and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the delicious breakfast which got us fuelled for the day.
We were disappointed to find that some shops in the area seemed to be targeting tourists with inflated prices.
